How It Works
1. Check Device Eligibility
To qualify, your device must:
- Power on and function properly.
- Be unlocked for all networks, with no MDM or organizational locks.
- Have a clean IMEI/Serial (no blacklisted devices).
- Include all parts (e.g., buttons, SIM tray).
- Have working cameras, microphones, speakers, and battery.
Important: Disable activation locks (e.g., iCloud, Google) and factory reset your device before sending it.
2. Fill Out the Form
Provide your device details through our online form, and we’ll respond with a quote within one business day.
3. Accept the Offer
Happy with the price? We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label or welcome you to drop off your device at our store.
4. Verification & Payment
After confirming your device matches the details you provided, payment will be transferred to your bank account within one business day.
5. Non-Eligible Devices
If your device doesn’t meet our criteria, we’ll arrange to return it to you.
